Strategy One: Develop a Robust Disability Ministry Program

We envision MBC as a place where individuals and families affected by disability are fully welcomed and supported. To move toward that vision, we will form a cross-ministry leadership team, partner with Joni and Friends, and improve accessibility across our campus. Over the next few years, we will launch new support and connection environments while also equipping our church through practical training on disability ethics and care. Our long-term hope is to become a resource that helps other churches grow in disability ministry as well.

Strategy Two: Cultivate a Mindset Shift Toward Evangelism and Outreach

We want MBC to grow as an outward-focused church, sharing the hope of Jesus through personal relationships and meaningful service. To foster this, we will empower a Local Outreach Team, offer ongoing evangelism and worldview training, and build strategic partnerships that meet real needs in our community. Through events, courses, service opportunities, and creative on-ramps for non-Christians, we aim to help our congregation engage confidently and compassionately in everyday mission.

Strategy Three: Invest in Young Leaders, Under-Resourced Churches, and Global Missions

We are committed to raising up the next generation of leaders and strengthening the wider body of Christ. This includes developing a vocational discipleship mentoring program for students and young adults, supporting churches within our network through training and revitalization efforts, and expanding our global impact through partnership with WorldVenture. Together, these efforts help us invest intentionally—locally and globally—where God is already at work.
