Director of Church Administration, Finance and Facilities
Millington Baptist Church is seeking a Director of Church Administration, Finance and Facilities  to provide leadership and oversight for the administrative, personnel, financial administration, and facilities functions of our church. This full-time position will help ensure that MBC’s administrative systems, staff processes, financial practices, and facilities effectively support the mission and ministry of the church. We are looking for a spiritually mature, organized, trustworthy, and experienced leader who is passionate about serving Christ and His church through excellent administration and stewardship. Connections and Hospitality Coordinator
Under the direction of the Pastor of Spiritual Formation & Care (Or current PLT member), the Connections and Hospital Coordinator (CHC) oversees all assimilation, connections and hospitality functions of the church outlined below. The CHC will also work with other volunteer ministry groups to ensure smooth functioning of the church on a daily and long-term basis. A written, annual review will be prepared by the supervising PLT member and will be discussed with the incumbent along with an elder liaison if needed.
Employment Status: Part-Time, 20+ hours/week
Administrative and Financial Manager (Interim)Â
Under the direction of the Pastor of Spiritual Formation & Care (Or current PLT member) and the Board of Elders, the Administrative and Financial Manager (AFM) oversees all administrative and financial functions of the church as outlined below. The AFM will also work in cooperation with the Finance Team, the Pastoral Leadership Team, as well as other volunteer ministry groups to ensure smooth functioning of the church on a daily and long-term basis. A written, annual review will be prepared by the supervising PLT member.
Employment Status: Full-Time, 40-50 hours/week
Operations and Ministry Administrator (Interim)
The Operations and Ministry Administrator (OMA) provides essential communication and administrative support to MBC’s ministries, Pastors and Ministry Team members as they seek to build up the body of Christ at MBC. This position also requires that the information that MBC keeps on its people, its activities and classes, and its facilities, be well organized, current, accurate, and can be retrieved and used when and how it is needed.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time, approx. 40-45 hours/week
Little Footprints Learning Center: 2 1/2 year old Assistant

Part Time Discipleship Coordinator
MBC is looking to hire a Part-Time Discipleship Coordinator. The MBC Discipleship Coordinator will oversee discipleship initiatives in the church (adult education, small groups, women’s ministry, men’s ministry) to help the MBC church body be supported and to mature in their faith. The Discipleship Coordinator will work closely with and report to the MBC Lead Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Care.
Office & Information Manager
MBC is looking to hire a Full-Time Office & Information Manager. The Office & Information Manager provides essential communication and administrative support to various ministries, Pastors and Ministry Team members as they seek to build up the body of Christ at MBC. This position also requires that MBC information on our facilities, classes, events, and community be organized and accurate. The Office & Information Manager serves under the direct supervision of the Sr. Director of Administration & Connection Ministries and works cooperatively with the Director of Communications.

Financial ManagerÂ
MBC is looking to hire a Full-Time Financial Manager. The Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing most aspects of the church’s financial matters. This person has the responsibility of insuring the Church’s financial operations are processed and reported accurately and with integrity. This includes managing the day-to-day business processes and providing support to the Leadership Team. This will include but is not limited to the responsibility for internal control and providing assistance for the annual audit of MBC financial records. The Financial Manager shall report to and be accountable to the Board of Elders of the Church and shall maintain open communication and work cooperatively with the church’s Leadership and staff.
