Kevin and Kaori Laverman, World Venture, Japan. Kevin and Kaori minister in a largely unreached high-rise neighborhood (MuKo) of Kawasaki, Japan.

Kevin asks us to pray . . .

1)  …for Elijah & Joanna (Joni) Lay. They’ve arrived in Japan and joined Team MuKo. Now ask God’s favor upon their apartment application process in MuKo. Also, pray for their housing, language and culture adjustment.

2) …for Holy Spirit peace through several recent earthquakes and typhoons!

3) …for more workers for the harvest fields in Musashi Kosugi (MuKo).

4) …for God’s favor and provision as we write and apply for some grants for future “Reaching MuKo” initiatives as Kosugi Chapel.

5) …for new prayer and support partners to fill the monthly gap.

6) …for good relationships with new neighbors and with foreigner groups Kevin serves in Kawasaki City.

7) …for Japanese in MuKo to connect with our new chapel, and believe in Jesus Christ as Savior.
