F.H. is a missionary sent through World Venture, stationed in Vienna, Austria, with a primary focus on Asian women in prostitution, and a secondary focus on friends, neighbors and the artist community in Austria.

Before moving in 2017 to Austria, F.H. worked with marginalized and sexually exploited people in a closed Asian country from 2007-2017. F.H. and her husband are deeply interested in redemptive discussions surrounding sexuality amid their community, where prostitution is largely seen as “a woman’s choice,” instead of the sanitized modern-day sex slavery that most women experience. F.H. and her husband believe that the family and home are meant to be shared as an outworking of the gospel, and are passionate hosts. They have recently rented a larger apartment to partner with Herzwerk, a local outreach for whom F.H. works with outreach and social work teams, to house women in crisis situations who don’t fit the current system of support, since our God is a father to the fatherless, defends widows, and sets the lonely in families (Psalm 68).

F.H. and her excellent husband, who is completing his master’s degree in Ancient Middle-Eastern Studies at the University of Vienna, are excited to communicate with you, but because of her continued close contact with and desire to continue training trips in that country, need to keep a low Internet profile.
